Hello, my name is Kirt. I am a yoga and meditation teacher, spiritual counsellor, breathwork facilitator, and sound therapist. I also facilitate sacred ceremonies and yoga teacher trainings.

I am, that I am as universal source energy in physical form, as we all are, a divine part of the one infinite creator. I am Human or a Cosmic man with duty and purpose to be of service to All. I am also a proud Torres Strait Islander, a Mualgal descendent of Moa Island, I was born and raised on Guringai Country on the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia.

Growing up I always felt spiritual but never religious. By questioning everything and thinking outside the box, I struggled trying to fit in and follow societies cookie cutter ideologies. After working in construction for 12 years, I opened and operated a successful yoga studio Modern Organic for 7 years. The transition from tradie to yogi wasn’t an easy journey. From near death to enlightening moments, my direct experiences have significantly shaped who I am and is why I do what I do.

I love to surf, play music and connecting to country. I continue to share wisdom of the science and philosophy of yoga in classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. Beside my individual and group therapy work, I also offer monthly sound journeys, men’s circles, and assist with sacred ceremonies.

I am passionate about assisting those who are willing to do the work, to evolve their soul and be more connected their truest/highest self or spirit. This involves working on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My intention is to help people to develop self-awareness, activate their capacity to heal, align with their truth and step into their power. Are you ready?
